Tell us about your event
Fill out the enquiry form with your event details, quantity, and any design ideas. Upload your logo or reference images if you have them β€” or just describe what you want.

Review your mockup
Our design team creates a custom shirt mockup within 2 business days. Review it, request changes β€” we'll revise until you're happy. Unlimited revisions, no extra charge.

Approve & deposit
Once you approve the final design, we send an invoice for the deposit (50% for orders under $1,000, or 30% for $1,000+). Send your size list whenever it's ready.

Production & delivery
Your shirts go into production once deposit and size list are confirmed. Standard delivery in 2–3 weeks. We collect the remaining balance before shipping.

We offer a comprehensive size range to accommodate everyone on your team. Our adult unisex sizes range from 2XS all the way to 6XL, while kids sizes are available from XS to 2XL. We offer three fabric options: 1. Performance Stretch (96% polyester / 4% spandex) β€” lightweight, wrinkle-free, moisture-wicking, and quick-dry. Our most popular choice for outdoor events and active wear. 2. Premium Cotton (100% poplin cotton) β€” soft, breathable, and naturally comfortable with a classic feel. 3. Aloha Rayon (100% rayon) β€” silky smooth with an elegant drape, the traditional Hawaiian shirt fabric for a premium look. All fabrics are available for any order size starting from 5 shirts.
Our pricing is based on quantity tiers to give you the best value. Orders of 5–9 shirts are $45 each, 10–14 shirts are $39 each, 15–29 shirts are $35 each, 30–59 shirts are $32 each, 60–99 shirts are $29 each, and orders of 100 or more are just $26 each. These prices are for our Performance Stretch fabric β€” Premium Cotton and Aloha Rayon are also available at different price points. Design service is always free with unlimited revisions.
Our total turnaround time from design approval to delivery is 3–4 weeks, which includes production at our Vietnam facility and shipping to US destinations via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. This timeline begins once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed. We'll send you tracking information within 2 days of shipment so you can monitor your order's progress every step of the way.

Whether you need a few small sizes, several extra-larges, and everything in between, we'll produce exactly what you need.
