Design Service
How does the ordering process work?
Submit our enquiry form or email us at hello@madetoteam.com. We'll respond within 6 hours to discuss your design ideas. Once you approve the mockup, confirm your order with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Production takes 6-8 business days, plus 5-10 business days for US delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Vietnam. Current delivery information is available for US orders (5-10 business days). Contact us for shipping details to other countries.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking numbers are provided via email within 2 days after your order ships via UPS.
Ordering Process
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files. No minimum resolution required.
What if I don't have artwork?
No problem! Just describe your vision including preferred colors and style. Our designers will create mockups for your approval.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our standard design service is completely free with unlimited revisions. For complex projects, premium design service ($100) with expert designers is available.
Pricing
How much deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before shipping.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden fees. Your total cost is shirt price + shipping ($30+). Use our Instant Quote calculator on product pages for exact pricing.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No, you won't have to pay any customs or import duties when receiving your order. We handle all customs clearance and import fees as part of our service. In the rare case that you're charged any customs fees upon delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@madetoteam.com with proof of payment, and we'll reimburse you in full.
Returns
What is your refund policy?
As all items are 100% custom made-to-order, refunds are available only in specific cases: if the product doesn't match the description or manufacturing defects occur. Can I get a sample before ordering?
Samples are available for orders of 100+ pieces. The sample cost will be credited toward your final order.
