Between two sizes? Size up — a little extra room always beats too tight.
Unisex / Men
Regular fit
Straight through the chest and body, in standard shirt length. Runs XS to 5XL, plus a youth range from Y2XS (Kids 2) to YXL (Kids 12-14).
Women
Relaxed women's fit, cropped length
Same chest width as the unisex size of the same name, so it is not narrowed or shaped for the body. It is simply cut shorter. Runs WXS to W5XL.
Read this before you choose. Every women's size is exactly 3 inches (7.6 cm) shorter than the unisex size of the same name — about the width of your palm, so it ends that much higher on you. Length is the only difference: the chest width is identical in both. If you are not sure, order the unisex size.

How to measure
All measurements in the chart are taken on the shirt itself, laid flat — not on your body. The easiest way to find your size: grab a shirt you already love the fit of, lay it flat, and measure it the same way.

Length — from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

Chest Width — with the shirt laid flat and buttoned, straight across the chest from armpit to armpit.
Compare your two numbers with the chart above and pick the closest size — use the in / cm toggle to switch units.
Measuring your body instead? Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level. A comfortable fit means the shirt’s chest width × 2 is about 4–6 in (10–15 cm) larger than your chest measurement.

All our shirts are made from Performance Stretch — a premium blend of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. It's lightweight, wrinkle-free, moisture-wicking and quick-dry, which makes it a favorite for outdoor events, cruises and active wear. Available on every order size from 10 shirts.

Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes — once your design is finalized, you can order a sample shirt and have it delivered in just 8-10 business days. Just let us know. For larger orders on a flexible timeline, we always encourage getting a sample first, so you can see and feel the quality for yourself before the full production run.
