Shipping To The United States
Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes two phases: production (handling time) and shipping (transit time).
- Handling time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Saturday) for production.
- Transit time to the US: 6–8 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 11–18 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks) from the date your order is confirmed. An order is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package. We offer tiered flat-rate shipping as outlined below:

Tracking
You'll receive a UPS tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. Track your shipment anytime at ups.com.
Customs & Duties
You will NOT be charged any customs duties or import taxes when receiving your US order. We handle all customs clearance and fees.
If you are somehow charged upon delivery, email us immediately at hello@madetoteam.com with proof of payment. We'll reimburse you in full within 14 days.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete address including:
- Full name
- Street address (no PO boxes for UPS)
- City, State, ZIP code
- Phone number
We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Failed Delivery
If no one is available when UPS attempts delivery:
- The carrier will leave a notice with redelivery/pickup instructions
- You can reschedule delivery or pick up at a UPS location
- You must rearrange delivery or collect the package within 10 business days
- Unclaimed packages may incur storage fees
International Shipping (Non-US)
We ship worldwide! For orders outside the United States, shipping details vary by destination country including delivery timeframes (typically 10-15 business days after shipment), shipping costs, carriers used, and customs/import duty responsibilities. Please email us at hello@madetoteam.com with your delivery country, desired products, and quantities. We'll respond within 6 hours with your complete shipping quote, estimated delivery time, and all relevant customs information for your specific location.
Production Time
Production begins after you approve your design mockups and we receive payment (minimum 50% deposit). Standard production is 6-8 business days for most products. Specific times are listed on individual product pages.
We currently offer standard shipping only - no expedited or rush options are available. Please plan ahead for your event or deadline!
Lost Or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured during transit.
Lost package: Contact us at hello@madetoteam.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll investigate and either ship replacements at no cost or issue a full refund.
Damaged package: Accept delivery and inspect contents. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged products. Email us within 21 days at hello@madetoteam.com with photos and your order/tracking numbers. We'll file an insurance claim and send replacements or provide a refund.
Changing Your Address
Before shipment: Contact us immediately at hello@madetoteam.com if you need to change your delivery address.
After shipment: We cannot change the address once shipped. You may be able to redirect through UPS My Choice (additional carrier fees may apply).
