Our minimum order is just 5 polo shirts — much lower than most custom printers who typically require 30, 50, or even 100 pieces. This makes us a great fit for small teams, family reunions, friend groups, or corporate departments of any size. Whether you need 5 polos for a weekend golf trip or 500 for a company-wide event, we handle orders of all sizes with the same level of care and attention to detail.
We offer two piqué fabric options, each designed for different preferences. Our Polyester Piqué is a lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric that's ideal for golf, sport, and active corporate wear — it keeps you cool, holds its shape, and resists wrinkles. Our Cotton-Poly Blend Piqué (65% polyester / 35% cotton) offers a softer, more natural hand-feel while still being moisture-wicking and breathable. The polyester content ensures your all-over prints stay sharp and vibrant, while the cotton makes it comfortable for all-day wear. Both fabrics are machine washable and built to last.
Our pricing is based on volume — the more you order, the less you pay per polo. Orders of 5–9 polos are $45 each, 10–14 are $39, 15–29 are $35, 30–59 are $32, 60–99 are $29, and 100+ are just $26 each. These prices include full all-over sublimation printing on every panel. Our design service and unlimited mockup revisions are always free — there are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprises on the final invoice. Optional add-ons like embroidery are quoted separately.
We offer a wide range of sizes so everyone in your group gets a great fit. Adult sizes run from 2XS to 6XL in a unisex cut — please note our sizing runs about one size smaller than typical US men's sizing, so we recommend ordering one size up from what you'd normally wear. Kids sizes are available from age 2 through 16. You're free to mix and match any combination of adult and kids sizes within a single order, as long as the total meets our 5-piece minimum. We also offer custom neck labels on orders of 50 or more for a fully branded finish.
Getting started is easy — just fill out the enquiry form on this page with your event details, quantity, and any design ideas you have. You can upload logos, reference images, or simply describe what you're going for. Our in-house design team will create a custom mockup for you within 2 business days. From there, you can request as many revisions as you need until the design is exactly right — all at no extra cost. You don't pay anything until you've approved the final mockup and are ready to move forward with production.
We use all-over dye-sublimation printing, which infuses the ink directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This means your design covers every panel of the polo — front, back, sleeves, and collar — with no color limitations. The result is vivid, photo-quality prints that won't fade, peel, or crack, even after many washes. You can print virtually anything: faces, logos, photos, intricate patterns, gradients, or text. It's the same technology used by professional sportswear brands.
Absolutely. We offer embroidered logos or text on the left chest for just $2 per polo — a great way to add a professional, premium touch for corporate branding, team names, or event details. The embroidery is done with high-quality thread that lasts as long as the garment itself. If you need larger embroidery, back-of-collar placement, or multi-position stitching, just let us know and we'll provide a custom quote. Embroidery pairs beautifully with the all-over print for a polished, branded look.
Our standard turnaround time is 4–5 weeks from design approval to delivery at your door, which includes production at our facility and shipping to anywhere in the US via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL with full tracking. If you're working to a tighter deadline, we also offer an express option with a 3-week turnaround. To request express shipping, simply email us at hello@madetoteam.com with your order details and deadline — we'll confirm availability and get you sorted. We always recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure everything arrives in time for your event.
No payment is required until you've reviewed and approved your custom mockup — so there's zero risk in getting started. Once you're happy with the design, we send an invoice for the deposit: 50% for orders under $1,000, or 30% for orders of $1,000 or more. The remaining balance is due before we ship your order. You can send your size list at any time — production begins once both the deposit and size list are confirmed. This structure keeps things simple and ensures you're never paying for something you haven't approved.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal for secure online payments. For corporate and bulk orders, we also offer invoice-based billing so your team can pay on terms — great for companies that need to process payments through their accounts department. If you have a preferred payment method or need a formal purchase order setup, just let us know and we'll accommodate. We want the payment process to be as easy as the design process.
We stand behind every single order we produce. If there's a print defect, color mismatch, or any quality issue, we'll reprint the affected items or issue a refund — no questions asked. Before shipping, we also send photos of your finished polos so you can check that everything looks exactly as expected. Our production team runs quality checks at every stage, from printing to stitching to final inspection. We've built our reputation on delivering consistent, high-quality custom apparel, and we take that seriously with every order.
We include 2 free design revisions with our complimentary design service, so we can get every detail right. From the 3rd revision onwards, a one-time $39 design deposit applies — and it is credited toward your final order total.
