How ordering works
1. Design your polos & confirm mockup
Pick this design or tell us your customisation needs (logo, colours, names, numbers). Enter sizes for your group — or send us the size list later. We'll create a custom mockup for you to review before production.
2. Pay deposit & confirm size list
Once you're happy with the mockup, pay at least 50% deposit. Production starts once we have the deposit and final size list.
3. Production & shipping
Production takes about 2 weeks at our partner facility. Once ready, pay the remaining balance and we ship via UPS / FedEx with full tracking. DDP shipping included — no customs surprises.
4. Delivery to your door
Total timeline: 3–4 weeks from design approval. Your team-ready polos arrive at your door, fully customised.

We were approached by a client who wanted a polo shirt that would celebrate the spirit of teamwork, connection, and collective identity — something wearable that felt as dynamic as the brand it represented. They asked us to build a bold all-over pattern using the Made To Team logo and a set of custom icons symbolising collaboration, unity, and team culture, all drawn from the visual language of the madetoteam.com brand palette. We wove together a fresh mint and white geometric colour-block base, layering it with repeating motifs: the infinity loop symbolising endless connection, figures high-fiving in celebration of shared wins, and the signature Made To Team wordmark in flowing teal script. The result is a polo shirt that doesn't just carry a logo — it tells the whole story of what it means to build something great together, stitch by stitch.
