We handle production, quality control, and shipping. Choose to receive bulk to your warehouse or have us drop-ship directly to your end customer.

What discount do partners get?
Partner pricing tiers are based on your monthly order volume. After approval, we share the specific pricing structure that applies to your business. As a general guide, partners pay below standard direct-customer pricing — we pass production savings directly to you.
How long does the approval process take?
We review partner applications within 2 business days. After approval, you will receive an email with your dedicated contact, partner pricing details, sample request process, and onboarding instructions.
Is there a minimum monthly order requirement?
No fixed monthly minimum. We work with partners ranging from small studios placing one order per quarter to large agencies submitting multiple orders per week. Pricing tiers adjust based on volume.
Can you drop-ship directly to my end customer?
Yes — we offer drop-shipping to your end customer with unbranded packaging, or you can have orders shipped in bulk to your warehouse. Tell us your preference when placing each order.
Do you offer white-label / private-label production?
Yes — our standard partner workflow is white-label friendly. Packaging is unbranded by default, and we do not include any Made To Team marketing materials in partner shipments unless you request them. You retain full brand identity with your end customer.
Can I order production samples before committing to a partner relationship?
Yes. After your application is approved, we can produce a sample with your test design at a discounted partner sample rate. Sample pricing depends on design complexity — typically $40-$80 per sample, fully refundable against your first qualifying order.
What is the production turnaround for partner orders?
Same as our direct customer turnaround: 3-4 weeks from approved design to delivery. For repeat partners with established designs, we can sometimes accommodate rush orders — discuss with your partner contact.
Do you provide marketing assets for partners?
Yes — approved partners can request product photos, design mockups, and process imagery for use in their own marketing materials. We do not require attribution but ask that you do not represent the apparel as your own manufacturing.
Are there any setup fees or onboarding costs?
No setup fees, no onboarding costs, no monthly minimums. The partner program is free to join after approval. You only pay for what you order.
