Fill out the enquiry form with your event details, quantity, and any design ideas. Upload your logo or reference images if you have them — or just describe what you want.

Review your mockup
Our design team creates a custom jersey mockup within 2 business days. Review it, request changes — we'll revise until you're happy. Unlimited revisions, no extra charge.

Approve & deposit
Once you approve the final design, we send an invoice for the deposit (50% for orders under $1,000, or 30% for $1,000+). Send your size list and name/number list whenever it's ready.

Production & delivery
Your jerseys go into production once deposit and size list are confirmed. Standard delivery in 2–3 weeks. We collect the remaining balance before shipping.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is just 5 pieces, making us perfect for small teams, family reunions, and group events. Unlike many competitors who require 30-50 pieces, we believe every group deserves custom apparel regardless of size.
What sizes are available?
We offer a comprehensive size range to accommodate everyone on your team. Our adult unisex sizes range from 2XS all the way to 6XL, while kids sizes are available from XS to 2XL. This ensures that whether you're ordering for a small youth team or a mixed-age squad, everyone gets the perfect fit.
What fabric is used for the soccer jerseys?
Our custom soccer jerseys are made from 100% Performance Polyester — a fabric engineered for athletic performance. It's lightweight, moisture-wicking, and quick-dry, keeping players cool and comfortable throughout the match. The fabric holds sublimation colours brilliantly and remains vibrant even after repeated washing.
How much do custom soccer jerseys cost?
Our pricing is based on quantity tiers to give you the best value. Orders of 5–9 jerseys are $45 each, 10–14 jerseys are $39 each, 15–29 jerseys are $35 each, 30–59 jerseys are $32 each, 60–99 jerseys are $29 each, and orders of 100 or more are just $26 each. Design service is always free with unlimited revisions.
What is the turnaround time?
Our total turnaround time from design approval to delivery is 3–4 weeks, which includes production at our Vietnam facility and shipping to US destinations via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. This timeline begins once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed. We'll send you tracking information within 2 days of shipment so you can monitor your order's progress every step of the way.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely! Your order can include any combination of adult and kids sizes to accommodate everyone on your team, in your family, or at your event. Whether you need a few small sizes, several extra-larges, and everything in between, we'll produce exactly what you need. Just let us know the size breakdown when you place your order, and we'll make sure everyone gets their perfect fit.
How many design revisions are included?
We include 2 free design revisions with our complimentary design service, so we can get every detail right. From the 3rd revision onwards, a one-time $39 design deposit applies — and it is credited toward your final order total.
Do you offer wholesale or distributor pricing?
Yes — we offer special discounted pricing for distributors, partners, promotional product suppliers, design service providers, and any local store. Just email us at hello@madetoteam.com and we will set you up with the right rate.
