2. Confirm the order
Make payment via cards or bank transfer before production starts. Deposit option is available for orders over $1,000 — email us for details.
3. Production
Production takes 7–10 business days, with possible delays of a few extra days during peak season. We'll notify you to settle the remaining balance before shipping.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on your address and shipping method. Express options like UPS/DHL take only 3–5 days at a higher cost than standard.

The ask came from the BZI crew planning an end-of-season appreciation luau for their field teams, and the brief was refreshingly simple: make it feel like the islands, but keep our mark front and centre. We scattered the BZI wordmark across the whole layout in deep charcoal, letting it sit naturally between broad teal monstera fronds, feathered palm leaves and clusters of magenta hibiscus, creamy plumeria and violet-throated orchids on a clean white ground. The pink-and-teal balance was intentional — bold enough to read across a crowded patio, calm enough to wear with the sleeves rolled at a Friday cookout. Finished with a relaxed camp collar, a left chest pocket and coconut-tone buttons, it turned into the kind of shirt people asked to keep long after the party ended.
