We were approached to create a Hawaiian shirt that celebrated the craft beer world with a laid-back tropical soul — a piece that could bridge the gap between brewery culture and beach-bar vibes. The client wanted hop cones and barley stalks woven naturally into a classic island pattern, paired with bold tiki mugs topped with cocktail umbrellas and a playful bunny silhouette as the brand's signature mascot. Working against a warm sandy beige base, we layered in ivory hibiscus blooms, swaying palm trees, and a dreamy waterfront pier scene to give the design that authentic vintage Hawaiian character. Every element was rendered in earthy greens and golden tones, letting the hops and florals share the canvas in perfect harmony. The result is a shirt that feels equally at home at a craft beer festival or a sunset beach gathering.
