How ordering works
1. Configure your shirts
Choose your fabric, options, and enter sizes for your group — or tell us the total quantity and send the size list later.
2. Place your order
You can pay in full at checkout, or select "Pay Later — Invoice" to receive an invoice by email.
3. Deposit & production
After you place your order, we'll create a mockup of your shirt for review. Once you approve the mockup, we'll send an invoice for the deposit:
- Orders under $1,000 — 50% deposit
- Orders $1,000 and above — 30% deposit
Production starts once the deposit is paid and your complete size list is confirmed.
4. Final payment & shipping
When your order is ready to ship, we'll notify you and collect the remaining balance. Your order ships as soon as the final payment is received.
