We were asked to design a Hawaiian shirt for a milestone fortieth birthday celebration, with instructions to make it as bold and gloriously loud as possible. The brief called for a soft green backdrop layered with palm fronds and tropical blossoms, custom photo faces scattered across the fabric, clinking beer mugs for a festive toast, and bold "Scott's 40th Birthday" lettering repeated throughout. We brought it all together with vivid pink and yellow plumeria blooms weaving between the greenery, letting the personalised face prints and cheerful beer icons pop against the leafy print. The result is a joyfully over-the-top party shirt built to turn heads at any birthday bash.
