Shipping To The United States
Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes two phases: production (handling time) and shipping (transit time).
- Handling time: 10–12 business days (Monday–Friday) for production, quality check, and packing.
- Transit time to the US: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Total estimated delivery: 15–20 business days (approximately 3–4 weeks) from the date your order is confirmed — usually about 4 weeks, and 3 weeks at the fastest. During peak season, allow up to 1 extra week. An order is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is a flat rate based on the total weight of your order — the same rates you see at checkout:

Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia use the same rates, shown in your local currency at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a UPS tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. Track your shipment anytime at ups.com.
Customs & Duties
You won't pay any customs duties, import taxes, or import fees on your order, wherever we ship it. We handle customs clearance and cover all of these costs.
If a carrier ever asks you to pay anything on delivery, email us right away at hello@madetoteam.com with proof of payment. We'll reimburse you in full within 14 days.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete address including:
- Full name
- Street address (no PO boxes for UPS)
- City, State, ZIP code
- Phone number
We cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Failed Delivery
If no one is available when UPS attempts delivery:
- The carrier will leave a notice with redelivery/pickup instructions
- You can reschedule delivery or pick up at a UPS location
- You must rearrange delivery or collect the package within 10 business days
- Unclaimed packages may incur storage fees
International Shipping (Non-US)
We ship worldwide! Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia have the same delivery times and shipping rates as US orders, and we cover all customs duties and import fees. For other countries, please email us at hello@madetoteam.com with your delivery country, desired products, and quantities. We'll respond within 6 hours with your complete shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Production Time
Production begins after you approve your design mockups and we receive payment (minimum 50% deposit). Production, quality check, and packing take 10–12 business days for most products. Specific times are listed on individual product pages.
We currently offer standard shipping only - no expedited or rush options are available. Please plan ahead for your event or deadline!
Lost Or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured during transit.
Lost package: Contact us at hello@madetoteam.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll investigate and either ship replacements at no cost or issue a full refund.
Damaged package: Accept delivery and inspect contents. Take photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged products. Email us within 21 days at hello@madetoteam.com with photos and your order/tracking numbers. We'll file an insurance claim and send replacements or provide a refund.
Changing Your Address
Before shipment: Contact us immediately at hello@madetoteam.com if you need to change your delivery address.
After shipment: We cannot change the address once shipped. You may be able to redirect through UPS My Choice (additional carrier fees may apply).
