We were asked to design a Hawaiian shirt to celebrate a band's new album release, and the brief was simple yet meaningful: feature their logo prominently and capture the spirit of their music. Working from the group's own branding shared via their Facebook page, we placed the circular 3FTR emblem, complete with its palm tree sunset icon and 'Summer Days III For The Road' lettering, front and center on the chest. Around it, we built a rolling coastal scene in deep teal and warm mustard gold: vintage woody wagons loaded with surfboards, cresting waves, tropical hibiscus blooms, and acoustic guitars nestled among the palm leaves. Musical notes drift across the fabric like a melody carried on the breeze, tying the album's road-trip, surf-rock energy directly into the print. The result is a wearable tribute to the band's sound and story, built for the stage, the studio, or a sunset show by the sea.
