We were asked to design a Hawaiian shirt for a tiki bar crew who wanted something loud enough to match their late-night energy. The brief called for a neon jungle vibe with a toucan and parrot perched among tribal tiki masks, glowing hibiscus blooms, and monstera leaves, all splattered across a jet black backdrop like a paint explosion at midnight. We wove in the playful 'Tiki Club' script throughout the pattern and tucked a small 'Tiki Bird' patch on the chest pocket to anchor the whole look. Pink, orange, teal and purple tones were layered carefully so every mask and bird would pop against the darkness without fighting each other for attention. The result is a shirt that feels like a tropical rave frozen in fabric, ready for anyone who wants their island style dialed up to eleven.
