The minimum: from 10 per design
At Made To Team you can order from just 10 pieces per design. That’s a low minimum — some companies require 50 or more — so even smaller teams and families can get a fully custom Hawaiian shirt without overbuying.
Count one per person, then add a few extras
Start with one shirt per person, then add roughly 10-15% more. Last-minute additions, sizing swaps, an organizer or sponsor who wants one, and keepsakes for people who couldn’t make it all add up. Running a few short is far more disappointing than having a couple of spares.
Mixing sizes is fine
You can mix any sizes — youth to adult — within one order of the same design, so every member of the group is covered.
Bigger orders, better per-shirt price
Per-shirt pricing improves with quantity ($32 for 10-29, $28 for 30-59, $24 for 60-99). If you’re close to the next tier, it can be worth rounding up — the extra shirts often cost very little more per piece, and you’ll have spares.
